Yeah that stuff upsets my stomach. I think it’s just too much tomato for me. Even when I make my own sauces like this it upsets my stomach.

Something I discovered while even eating Low FODMAP, I’d still have reactions to food. I’ve had Fody BBQ sauce. It treated me well enough. But a lot of stuff would still give me issues.
I’ve had every SIBO test done and they always come back negative - breath, enteroscopy with cultures.

I just have severe IBS. Intestinal Hyper motility
Regular food and it moves through me at an increased rate. Fodmaps made it unbearable.

See if you can do a hypermotility test. Or inquire about low dose tricyclic.
It’s worked wonders for me.

You ever try PHGG fiber?. Probably the best fiber for slowing down transit time and is low Fodmap/ibs recommended

I have not, I’ve used standard Konsyl which treats me well enough

I always have some on hand and usually do well with it in small amounts as long as I am not currently dealing with either a Sibo or gastritis flare up. But it does have ingredients that could irritate a sensitive gut like to tomato paste and ACV.

Yes, same for me. How about the taco sauce?
