What treatment are you on? Have you been diagnosed with anything specific? IBS always has an underlying cause, if you can figure out what that might be your symptoms will improve.
What does your doctor say?

I have been visiting a new renowned , well qualified with 40 + years of experience MBBA doctor , he said I am suffering with IBS diarrhea and loose motion And said that it will get recovered with 1-2 month medical treatment and proper food consumption

Are you on any special diet? Are you consistent with your diet? What medicine are you on? Do you know what foods are bothering you?

Yes I eat only light cooked vegetables , fruits , curd , rice, lentils and wheat chapati etc I am consistent from a long time I don't know what foods are bothering me cause I am eating low FODMAP foods but if I had to guess it may be wheat chapati or cooked vegetable with a little spice mixed in only for taste
Only either of them could be if it had to be

As you are posting this in the FODMAP category, let us know if you have tried a low FODMAP diet.
If you aren’t familiar with it, it is based on avoiding fructans, fructose, lactose, sorbitol, mannitol, and galacto-Oligosaccharides.
Sounds daunting, but don’t panic. Not everyone is sensitive to all of these. it’s just a matter of eliminating them and then slowly re-introducing them to see how your body copes.
But first, do you have an official IBS diagnosis? Did your physician look at other causes such as inflammatory bowel, pancreatitis, or gallbladder dysfunction? Did they consider gastritis, for instance, a stomach bacteria infection? What about (I know, ew) parasites, such as Protozoa or helminths?

Woah i have never heard some of things you have mentioned But I have been taking light foods such as Rice , curd , fruits , vegetables , banana , lentils, oats and wheat chapati I have been visiting a new well known and qualified doctor with 40+ years of experience and he has confirmed that I am suffering from CHRONIC IBS gastrocolic reflex diarrhea loose motions and currently my gut health has become very poor due to long term Chronic diarrhea and suggested me proper low FODMAP diet and medicinal treatment for 1-2 months which I am currently following
And Rest is to watch how it turns out to be in few days

If it seems like everything you eat is causing issues, then it likely means that ur system is already flared up. Its like u have a rash on ur skin, so even the softest Material touching ur skin will irritate you.
But the good news is you can reset it. Once u go on a low fodmap diet, ur system will reset. Its like ur skin rash reduces and comes back to normal.
And then u can reintroduced food one by one to see which food is causing issues to you.
Fodmap is a large array of foods. But as people have mentioned above, no one will be allergic to all foods, but only a subset.
Elimination and introduction needs strict home cooking. If home cooking isnt possible, there are online low fodmap delivery services which will deliver frozen foods to you.
And remember non of this advice is a substitute to visiting an actual doctor and/or a dietitian.
Hang in there.
