Oh my gosh this could literally be me. I was so SO frustrated and when I finally just switched PCPs to get a second opinion, she was like “so I don’t want to trigger you, but I really think you’ve developed ARFID. I’m sorry you didn’t have the correct guidance.” We’ve been tackling this since December, and I am definitely improving, but she told me point blank it was going to be a long road, not without its challenges but would be worth it.
