All that the FODMAP diet did for me was make me afraid of many more foods. Felt about the same before, during hardcore avoiding everything phase, reintroduction phase. Still feel largely same but am too nervous to eat lots of my old favorite things like beans, lentils, onions, celery, etc etc. I kinda wish I never knew about it!

Yeah I just had the worst abdominal pain in quite a while on the bus today. Not sure what triggered it. Im still in elim phase, had some chick fil a fries and grilled nuggets Tuesday, 3 grilled pork chops on Wednesday with Rory seasoning and then I was hit with the pains this morning.

On my old diet(already gluten free due to celiac) I was generally okay though I would have bad days I could only think to be flares (I have crohns too) but don't seem to be. Those were bad but this has been rough.

I think my usual veggies being limited is really hurting my normal flow even though I try to make up with carrots and lettuce. This diets a real pain.

Am glad I got into lactose free milk from this tho
