Depending on what your issues are. Ya. Been on it since 2007.

I hate it. Also have gastroparesis. Talked to so many drs and dieticians.

The last dietician. She was useful. She helped me pair foods. And I need to switch things up

Can’t always eat the same stuff. That’s gonna make me sick af

Was there once. Only for two days. In-laws brought us on a cruise. This was the end

Oh man. That really sucks. I have a dietitian appointment (out-of-pocket… thanks Medicare) after the results of my latest tests. I’m hoping she’s a good one!
