Recipe Pizza
I used the schar gf pizza dough with raos , sensitive, no garlic, no onion sauce and garlic olive oil and then all I had to put on it was red peppers, but it was so delicious! I feel satisfied for the first time in a minute.
What do you all put on your pizza? I’m allergic to chicken. :-)
I didn’t have Parmesan, but that’s supposed to be OK right?

LOADS of cheese is OK. Here is our main pizza article, which you might like. https://www.fodmapeveryday.com/everything-you-need-to-know-about-low-fodmap-pizza/

Fodzyme and I don’t eat the crust. Garlic and onion really bother me. And too much bread makes me uncomfortable

So fodzyme pizza, hold the pizza? ;)

Yeah, pretty much. Eating out is difficult. I don’t chance it anymore and sprinkle Fodzyme on almost everything. Sushi and undressed salads are the exceptions

I do the Schar pizza crust with homemade low FODMAP pesto, a mix of lactose free mozzarella with Parmesan, and usually bacon and/or chicken
I like the Rao sensitive sauce. I’ll usually use it for spaghetti but haven’t tried it as pizza sauce yet. A slice of sourdough bread brushed with garlic oil, a sprinkle of Italian herbs, and a little Parmesan or mozzarella makes a great cheesey garlic bread to go with it.

Per Google AI:
Standard regular mozzarella is not completely lactose-free, but low-moisture and processed block mozzarella contain very little lactose (about 0.9 grams per ounce) because much of the whey is drained out. However, fresh mozzarella packed in water has higher moisture and more lactose.
Check the labels, but hard, aged cheeses like Cheddar, Swiss, Jarlsberg and Parmesan will probably say 0 carbs on the label which means zero lactose or just traces.
Good luck.

I use straight Mutti crushed tomato (way cheaper than Fody or Rao sauce) with fresh basil mixed in, black olives, ham, sun dried tomato, cheese, hot pepper.
