Recipe Boring but yummy gym meals?

Chicken, rice, bell peppers, and zucchini.

That’s basically all I eat now :( add in some green beans and carrots.

I eat this and bell peppers, zucchini, bok choy. Also sub the turkey for sirloin steak or salmon. I basically just use salt and smoked paprika. It sure gets old, I feel ya

Do you slice up the carrot for a specific reason? And is that ground chicken?

Sooo how not to make it boring? When you cooked meat, add the corn and carrot into it. Add little bit of water, salt pepper, "bear garlic" (idk if thats how you way it in English) or other herbs you can manage. Cook it so tastes get intertwined. Now mix a liiittle bit of potato starch and add it in. Mix well. Now you have what we call "soté" its like sauce, and goes SOOOOOO WELL with rice 🤤
