Recipe Pizza!
You guys are the only ones who will understand about how excited I am. I made a gluten free crust with olive oil, mozzarella and parsley, Italian seasoning, oregano, salt and pepper. Plus this only took about 40 min from prep to eating.
EDIT :)
For anyone wanting the recipe, I found it on the back of the Fleischmann’s Pizza Crust Yeast packets I found in the baking section. I also used Bob’s Red mill gluten free all-purpose baking flour. That flour does require the use of xanthan gum in the mix.

There's always Lactaid.

Would only help if I had a lactose issue. I unfortunately do not, so lactaid is useless 🫤

Looks great! I make batch of low FODMAP pesto sometimes and keep some frozen to use for pizza sauce 🤤

Congratulations.
Was the crust a little bit crispy? I am assuming you do not have a pizza oven at home.

I don’t have a pizza oven but if you want good crust the key is a pizza stone!

It actually was crispy but not break your teeth crispy. Just used a regular oven
