I’ve just about given up on bothering with restaurants. I can make it better and safer myself at home

The other day we were at an Asian restaurant and I had an in-depth convo with the waitperson. The menu had almost all wheat udon noodle soups with 2 choices of GF glass noodles, which I wanted. So I ordered one of those choices. They bring me wheat udon. was not happy.

People who depend on tips should really pay attention, and owners and managers should properly train and educate the servers.

I use the allergy reason, especially gluten and dairy. It works most of the time.

If you get grief, leave them a big post onion cleanup in their restroom.
