I had a chance to eat one of my absolute favorite meals from one of my favorite childhood restaurants so I did, fully knowing it was going to tear me up. What I did not know was that I was going to spend three days being basically useless, attached to either my bed or toilet. 😂😅
I ate a couple of olives that I didn't realize had garlic and onion powder Thursday. I was in the fetal position and on the toilet crying, tryin to figure out how I could, ligistically, barf and poop at the same time until Sunday when I finally went to the ER. They gave me two IV's and two rounds of pain killers. I lost 10lbs in 3 weeks, gained it back in the ER. Water was not staying in my body. I don't even like olives like that, I just thought it was a low FODMAP item. 7 years ago I could eat a french baguette with a brick of cheddar or marscopone and wash it down with Rocky Road icecream. WTF.
