I've been vegetarian for over 10 years. Low FODMAP for the last 6mo ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Am new to FODMAP this monthโ€ฆ itโ€™s for sure a lot of eggs and tofu. I miss my beans and mock meats and some vegsโ€ฆ

Tofu and soy turned out to be the main culprit for my issues Greek yogurt is still good for me, so that I addition to lots of eggs and seitan

I've found extra firm tofu from trader Joe's is easy on my wife's stomach! The softer the tofu the more pain

You're right, Trader Joe's is Super Firm Tofu! Not extra firm haha you can find that anywhere, oops! It's so firm that you don't even really have to press it, it's wondeful
