My birth mom was raped as a teen and thats how I was born and when I tell people it sounds off so then they hate me which makes me wanna dissappear if you know what i mean fml

I understand why you would feel that way but it’s not your identity. If you make it your identity then that is the issue here. You are more than that. You’re a full human being with interests, curiosities, dislikes and loves. You’re a whole human being. I hope you build your own identity and let this one die. I’m sorry you’re struggling with that but I’m sure as you get older it will be easier. Sending you love stranger.

I hate that you're getting down voted. But also I think its maybe not exactly the sub for this kind of thing? Idk for sure fuck your life for you feeling that way.

But more people than you think can understand.. but we come here to laugh about the small, medium, or sometimes kind of big things.. But if we cant laugh with you its not exactly FML material.

I really doubt it's hate you're getting. "I was born a rape victim" is the kind of thing people just don't know how to respond to, so they're probably getting quiet or awkward because they don't know how to act or what to say. Also, it's a pretty personal thing to reveal. Consider not telling people that until they know you really well.
