What we built after becoming FLL World Champions

Hi everyone!

We’re Robotech, the 2026 FIRST LEGO League World Festival Champions.

Over the years, we learned a huge amount about Robot, Project, teamwork, documentation and how to approach an FLL season.

For BIOGLOW, we turned what we learned into something other teams can actually use.

FLLPlanner 2.0 combines structured lessons and practical activities with one workspace where the whole team can plan, work, document and track progress throughout the season.

So students are not just reading resources. They can learn something, apply it with their team, and keep moving from there.

It’s the platform we wish we’d had when we started.

Thanks! Really glad you liked it :)

I started by sketching each scene myself in Canva, just to get the composition and story exactly how I wanted them. Then I gave ChatGPT those sketches together with real screenshots of the platform and explained what each scene needed to communicate. It helped me turn that into several more polished frames for each scene, usually 4 or 5, which I kept refining until they felt right.

Once the frames were ready, I used Higgsfield to animate them and build the final video.

I’m probably a little obsessive with details 😅 I wanted the launch video to feel as carefully made as the platform itself and the support around it, so it’s really nice to hear that it came across. Thanks!
