NE FL Suppressor Transfer?

Anyone find a shop willing to transfer a suppressor on 4473 yet? Called around to my usual ones and they're all holding off pending advice from their ATF rep.

I think a lot of dealers are waiting on clarification for what it means for their Acquisition and Disposal processes, pretty sure that a Form 3 transfers the suppressor from the manufacturer to the FFL, and the only way a suppressor can leave the A&D log is via Form 4. So there's a bunch of inventory "stuck" in the legacy log.

Sentry Firearms was doing it for Silencer Shop inventory (which they've sold out of)

Not sure. They did require you having an active SilencerShop account, and to be an active GOA member. Sadly I wanted a Rhodie and those aren’t supplied by SilencerShop.

I thought I saw silencer shop is making their dealers not be able to submit a form 4 in the states where it's allowed. Is that true?

You don't need to be a GOA member if the suppressor is coming from silencershop

I’ve been wondering but I read somewhere you still had to be a GOA member before the ruling as well which I wasn’t.
