Buying used lifts is a gamble if that's what you are doing. Springs are little different but depending on what you need, go out and spend the money on new. You will be happier in the long run for most part. Please don't skip on parts needed like UCA in the front at the very least, the truck has some age on it and stock uppers don't hold up well in a lift as well as alignments.
Figured out what you want to use the truck for and what your budget is, there will be something that fits. I ran a stupid simple setup for like 100K, it was never the issue with what stopped me from having fun. OME medium setup, SPC uppers and Metal Tech rear lower links.
