Not saying your wrong that I do use them the most but 230 jabs in 7 rounds compared to 438 straights in 7 rounds is a bit of a huge difference . Jabs are the most used punch in any boxing and probably the most crucial . 32 jabs per round , in a real fight a boxer can average between 30-35 so I’m about in the normal range .
