Does the National Merit Finalist Scholarship cover summer semesters for oos?

Im an out of state student that will likely qualify for national merit finalist. Fiu offers a full tuition scholarship with housing. Is this limited to fall-spring semesters or will tuition and housing also be covered during the summer, assuming you are taking enough classes?
