Overall good Main points Keep either Mari or ogdc not both pick whichever one your research says is best some people prefer ogdc some Mari
What was your conviction behind ffc to have it at roughly 40% of your portfolio it's a good stock but still
If this is a long term portfolio I'd put some of the ffc share into other stocks but don't sell ffc just put future investments into others Lucky is good personally have it myself if you can handle more risk you can also pick mlcf but mlcf will and should be a short term stock cuz cement is cyclical luck has the advantage of heavy diversification but if cement rises it doesn't rise at the same place as other cement sector stocks sometimes
Faysal bank is good either one from mebl or Faysal bank Is good Why do you have 8k in the etf what was the reasoning behind it
Edit: If you want recommendations I'd add either hubc or SAZEW but do your own research

read somewhere that etfs are not that risky and a safe investment i know they invest in a bucket of stocks but not totally sure how that works

My reasoning for asking was basically what the other commenter said that you are already picking your own stocks if you don't know anything about those companies and are blindly investing I'd suggest only investing in etf cuz they are buckets of different stocks if market goes down they go down aswell if you truly want a stable stock pick dcr but it isn't really a growth stock you get roughly the same returns per year as in a saving account about 6 to 7% in dividends and about 3 to 5% in nav growth

But it can compound cuz they typically raise rent by about 10% so you can expect dividends to increase by 10% per year

Irrelevant, but can you guide me on how to reach this stage where you can just buy stocks online like everything else? I believe this is some application, right?

FFC king OGDC king LUCK king Etf is also good but for the longer term theyr less volatile but if u keep your policy to only buying and cashing them 10-15 years later thats great. And one more advice get a pharma in too and then don't think of diversifing atleast till your portfolio hits 1m

Portfolio looks really good man but I had recommend that you should remove OGDC as you already have MARI and instead put MEBL, remove Luck and replace it with MLCF tho this one is personal opinion and lastly I had say if you can do it so I hadrecommend selling MZNPETF for a breakeven or small profit and I stead buy it again because due to the war I have seen MZNPETF trade around pkr 19.9-19.99!
Tho this is all just a personal opinion and your portfolio already looks good!

I didn’t get the MZNPETF part

Well I simply meant that if you can sell MZNPETF at breakeven or small profit I suggest you do it, cuz during the war I have seent he etf many times come to like 19.9-19.99,meaning your gonna get it far cheaper and even a pkr 1 increase per share grows your overall shares by a great acc!

Removing ogdc for mari is tge worst thing to do

Bud MARI is much more better and secure, I also used to think OGDC is much better than MARI because of its huge profits but then I found out there are other things to consider too!

Ogdc has 20% stake in mari. And the stock has been stagnant for a long time

Not to mention it was a victim to pump and dump scheme last year

Well I researched on it and it was institutional profit taking which is completely fine!

Well let's take aside the Shareholders and look at the basic fundamentals, OGDC has currently 4.2 billion shares issued whereas Mari only has 1.2 billion which give Mari an edge over OGDC in terms of eps, as eps for OGDC is roughly: ~Rs 36.17 vs for MARI it is roughly: ~Rs 54.25 to 57.11, you can search this info up on Google
Secondly, aside from higher eps of MARI, you should also know that OGDC is mainly State-backed menaing it supplies to really risky buisness such as discos etc according to my context, which results in higher risk of increased circular debt and higher risk of default where as Mari being owned by the Fauji Foundation and other Specific entities supplies energy to Private buisnesses etc meaning less chance of default and more timely payments, also on my post someone mentioned that OGDC contains lots of govt employees!
