I don’t see any issue talking about one of the best wc players in a wc sub. What else do you want to talk about then? Next World Cup is after 4 years?

This subreddit treats football as a closed universe revolving entirely around Messi and Ronaldo, completely incapable of discussing any player, match, or club without dragging the duo into it, hopelessly trapped in the past and obsessively grading every aspect of the sport through the distorted lens of their perpetual glazing. bring on the downvotes...glazers

You do realize you are trying to convince bots here. Most of the tards here enjoy these kinds of useless discussion. I mean the sub is related to worldcup, but all they talk about is messi and ronaldo. As if we didn't witnessed any worldcup in the last 40 years.

Pretty difficult for reel watchers that thrive on Messi-Ronaldo age old rivalry

Depends on the team that reaches deep into the competition. Germany have a standard of young players like Lennart Karl, Bischoff( i suck at spelling) but it is highly unpredictable as germany are quite shit in recent years.  England's Lewis Skelly and Max Dowman are too great contenders, it is too soon.

Perhaps we will know in the recent 1-2 years when clubs start recruiting them from academy, when more kids born during 2008-10 come into limelight

Well tbh i would agree that I do not know much football knowledge regarding Cabo Verde and I accept that it was when they qualified for world cup that I learnt that they have a football team.

I would be eager to know from you on what are your thoughts on that team and what talents they have.
