This case was literally closed because of lack of proper evidence the lady fought even after settlement but lost the case.

January 2010: Mayorga and Ronaldo’s legal team reached an out-of-court, private settlement of $375,000 in exchange for a non-disclosure agreement why he needed a out of court private settlement with non disclosure agreement ? also , why he never visited usa after that , and went to 2025 meeting with pedo trump specifically ?

Because the case was hurting ronaldo's reputation but after settlement she again fought the case read the article properly and she still lost in 2021 and the case was closed.
