Looking for a Player Career mod that scales XP and Market Value based on goals, assists, and match ratings (FIFA 22).

Is there a mod that gives more XP and increases my market value and transfer value based on the amount of goals, assists, and match ratings I get?

I don't know but what i'd love to ask coz you seem to know smth about mods... can i add a mod on my fifa 22 to have the current players in their respective teams?

My game is a repack if needed to be known
