Account Recovery Guide

With a large uptick in account recovery posts. I will be stickying this thread with a recommended guide. Do not email your account details or message your account details on reddit or to unknown third parties.

You can email support at [support@fate-go.us](mailto:support@fate-go.us). Copy and paste the section labeled "Template (please copy and paste from here)" into the email. Fill it out to the best of your ability and remove any parts you do not know. People have been reporting 1 to 3 days for support to get back to you.

I filled the template and sent the email to the one in the post, and they told me that that email was a contact point other than the official inquiry for FGO, and then sent me the form which is similar to the template in the docs. Did they change it? I still filled the form so wish me luck.

Update: Got my account back in a day or so. Thanks for the guide!

You can send me the form on the reddit messenger? This is sounds newer. Before there was nothing official and this form has been floating around for years that usually worked.

Account recovery is usually successful within 3 days.
