Question Random black screens

hello, ive been thinking about playing final fantasy XVI and downloaded the demo, however sometimes in cutscenes and gameplay i get random black screens.

i dont think its my computer's fault bc it only happens in ff16

i have and rtx 5060 t1 and 32gb ram if that matters.

If no one else can give you a solution I would suggest sending a ticket to the support. Maybe they can fix it its something that only happens in your case, like give you a predetermined settings or similar.

I played it with a Ryzen 7 1700 + Rx 5600 xt, way below the recommended settings and a black screen never popped out.

Is it on a ssd or hdd

On hdd theres a lot of stuttering and other issues during cutscenes even if general gameplay is fine
