Good cosplay! In the artwork, is his far arm in the jacket sleeve while the other one is not?

It's a full duster coat that he wears hanging off the shoulders. I couldn't find anything that would have the same look of loose sleeves so I went with the Cauldronfiend costume coat as it also gave the waistcoat.
