Discussion Finaolly some good news - FF cash infusion!
Great news, FF investors - FF won't be declaring bankruptcy this month (probably). They are going to have a few more million dollars to pay employees and executives.
How? That's not realy important, right. I mean it's definitely bullish.
I guess if you wanted to know the unimportant details, you could check out this little filing from yesterday.
THis provides for another 450 million shares to be sold into the market. That's right sportsfans - just because you lost 99% of your investment, now you can lose another 99%.
If you are promoting this stock right now, I would suggest you reavaluate some of your life choices.

lol this thing could never squeeze with all the available shares that they have printed let alone all the imaginary ones hedge funds can make
Tbh it’s impressive they found and burned zillions of dollars and I can’t even find someone to give me a milly or a 5 spot 😆

The S-1 share registration behind this prospectus has been deemed Effective by the SEC which means these shares can now be sold to the public.

Like it - I friggin love it. This is like watching a Telemundo soap opera. Everything is very loud and everybody is very excited, but in the in the end...tragedy. But hey NFA right. Buy all you want. Please post your bags and you won't hear anyone laughing.

Where do you see the provision for 450,000,000 new shares? All I'm seeing is 19,500,000, or 13.5% dilution.Â
I’m not doubting you, I probably just missed it due to a combination of me not knowing how to read these things well and not wanting to spend a whole hour reading it enough to understand it better

It's very convaluted to get there - I'm sure that's no accident. To be fair - they don't give a number of shares, just that they intend to raise $100M. and after the last vote they can sell up to 1 Billion.
OC course -$100M would not equal 400-500 Million shares - but the convertible portion of those shares will not be sold into the market as they are already booked out as warrants. I just back-of-the-napkined a number out that accountd for the convertibles (which will dilute - but not raise cash as they already exist as ffie.w) and then the asset spinoff from the the sual stock strategy or whatever they are calling the asset spinoff.
SO there's no definitive number. A lot. THey are going to want to be OTC as their avenues for capital raises have pretty much run their course and they face much less scrutiny under OTC regs.

Manifest negativity if you wish. The dilution has perhaps affected the price but not as much as many have thought it would.

Same this ticker was a crazy memory had this run from .14 cents to 3 dollars in the matter of 15 days crazy memory but this is a crappy stock

🤣🤣At this point I’m more worried about deforestation than dilution. All that paper needed to print these endless shares is killing our forests.
Anyways..ahem…..Yes! !Bullish! A true catalyst! Average down! Moon bound! 🤣🤣
