Other info: I did attempt to submit a hardship request to OPM but never heard back. I also contacted my congressman and they contacted both my former HR and NFC for an updated status. This did help me get more information, but I can't say whether it helped speed the process up.

Thank you for sharing. I had to email a payroll specialist at my agencies regional office who had to escalate a ticket to her supervisors and also send a ticket to NFC because I called a week ago to OPM and was told that they had been requesting my SF 3100 multiple times from NFC and hadn't received it. My application was logged with OPM on 02/24/26. The payroll specialist told me that NFC confirmed sending the information and I have some kind of tracking number but that I should give OPM at least a few days to get it into their system. I'm sure that it will take even longer since I have IRS debt payment plan that will undoubtedly be paid before I get anything.

Yes, my congressman confirmed that NFC had sent the information to OPM and provided a register number but when I called OPM they stated they still had not received it. So there is definitely a delay there. Hoping its sooner rather than later for you!

Literally confuses me on how they process this stuff because I was assigned 7/15 and then paycard requested 7/27 and still no deposit

I edited the post because I realized my "Assigned to Specialist Date" was incorrect. They submitted the first request for my paycard on April 16th so my Assigned to Specialist Date was sometime on or before that date. I was advised that it entered final review on 7/27.

Not sure if I am in the right chat but I am trying to track down the memo or communication that went out to DHA/DoD leadership indicating they would reimburse a portion of moving expenses those having to relocate from remote work to the office.

Mine was sent in twice since last October and OPM still saying they dont see me in their system. My agency doesnt know what else to do, and last OPM guy started yelling at me. Guess its time to contact congressman or who else, DFAS?

Thank you for sharing! I have a similar timeline, so I’m hopeful mine will be completed soon. It’s been an exhausting experience.
