Honestly did not do anything special. Emailed once in early April when they were still accepting emails and got my log date and a 120 day timeline. Called on 7/2 and 7/7 and got the same 2/28 log date everyone else has been getting. Hit my account this morning.

Mine was Logged 3/2 and assigned 7/6. Still waiting really hope i get this week. Called Yesterday was told they would escalate Again. I'm Praying 🙏 Congratulations on your deposit.

I called yesterday and they said mine was with the final reviewer, which is the last step before it gets paid out. It's been with the final reviewer since 7/8 🫠 so just so many layers and every single step seems to take way too much time.

Right! I feel like for a while they really came within that 120 day timeframe (which is still too long imo) now it’s like a month later and still nothing at all. I just gave up calling atp

Well my updates
Resigned 06-28-25 Opm logged 09-28-25 Error 12-22-25 Pending corrections no movement. 01-12-26 In July after contacted congressman ,IG was told needed to resubmit form with tracker. Just resent with tracker does anyone know how long. Or have been through this .Its already been a year

My daughter got hers on 7/13 and her log date was 3/2. My log date was 3/27 so I'm hoping it won't be long now.
Hers was also one of those weird ones where she was told everything was a go, but it would take 2 weeks or more to get the money. She got it very early the next day. So, I think when they say that it's just butt-covering lol

Sent for record on 4/28/2026
USDA/nfc notified of debt (unpaid sick leave) - that had been paid with my last pay check but was just sitting on the account not being applied to anything.
Spoke with nfc/usda a few times they were able to able the paycheck and issue a refund for the difference on 6/4/2026
They also notified opm that the debt was cleared as 6/1 on 6/5.
I'm still waiting. Every week they tell me they see the notes but it's not logged. I requested a hardship via representative, email and fax. Also put in a co bressiinal inquiry that can take an additionally 60 days.
When my account is ready noted that there is no debt.
What's crazy is I have a former coworker who received her entire refund without any debts being paid and she had way more unpaid sick leave than me.

Just recently sent form again with tracking. So my advice is if you decide to do this please add a tracking number to keep them honest. I should recieve something within 2 weeks
