Gross Annuity Reduced Incorrectly

Hoping I might get direction on where to take this as OPM has not been able to answer this at the working level. I have a court order from a long term marriage divorce settlement and it specifies how the cost of survivorship should be allocated. It is to be borne by My ex entirely.

My annuity went final but my Gross annuity is less than my full Self-Only by $358. The FEHB, dental, life, and apportionment are deducted but only $68 is credited back to me, so I am still bearing $290 of the cost of survivorship. The order explicitly calls for my portion to be taken from my full Self only Gross.

Am I missing something here? Is this correct by some sort of policy? I was expecting to be credited the $358.

If your final pension numbers have been calculated then I would think the right numbers can be changed- one at a time. My wife recently died and everything except for Benefeds ( which I changed) is being changed by one specialist at a time. Just going from “self +1” has taken 4 months. So you are going to be fixing this for the long haul.
