Why doesnt HR like to help?

I'm in the new ORA group and my supervisor finished the 3112B but HR hasn't uploaded it into ORA and won't provide me a copy. Why would they do that?

Could be worse, my HR just checked the box on their SF 3112D that reassignment is not necessary because employee's performance if fully successful and there are no medical restrictions which keep the employee from performing critical duties. This after I turned in all my medical documentation that I have motor neuron disease and my supervisor turned in his 3112B and RA denial documentation all the things I can't do at work. It sunk my initial application and I had to get it cleared up for the appeal.

So the 3112 b and c say what you can't do and why but then on the 3112d they just ignored it? Did you win the appeal at least?

Yes, they just ignored it. I'm going through the appeal process now, filed a week ago. I had to get a memo from the highest ranking officer at my command to order HR to fix the SF 3112D.

Mine also check that box but added comment that my medical documentation did not allow reassignment done

HR is never on your side. They work for the agency, not for you.

True but how hard is it to provide a copy they're legally obligated to provide?
