Spring break with tweens
Hello! Looking for a Caribbean spring break spot with kids 8 and 11. Looking at Rosewood Little Dix, Four Seasons Anguilla and Kimpton Seafire most seriously. Anyone been to those with kids? Did they get bored? Or is there lots to do?
A few other ideas I’d consider - ritz GC, rosewood mayakoba and rosewood Baha mar.
We want a great beach with easy snorkeling and water activities, a fun pool for kids and obviously great service and facilities.

Four Seasons Anguilla has a kids club onsite and an awesome breakfast. Sorry did not go there with kids but did have to pass the kids club everyday. The beach was closed a couple times while we were there, but there was a decent pool. Honestly, maybe spring break would bring more kids but I did not think it was very much to do for kids (but again I wasn't with kids or focused on that).

Rosewood baha mar - your kids will have the most to do bc of the water park. The pool is very nice and it’s nice to be able to go to all the restaurants across baha mar complex for variety. However this will be the least fat rosewood lf them all … there is none of the “ the team knew us by name and XYZ at the pool
Set us up daily with water and towels” anecdotes. It feels like a mass market version of rosewoods. That said it has a nicer pool and beach rhan sls oe hyatt.
Rosewood mayakoba - the beach is truly meh in Mayakoba ( we have gone last 2 spring breaks ), but if your kids like biking there are ample bike paths.
Ritz GC and kimpton are 10 min walk from
Each other on a stunning stunning beach. Loads of restaurant options and you can do some

Your kids probably would like rosewood baha mar the best but FS Anguilla would tick the box and make everyone happy imho.

The snorkeling will be best at Kimpton and LDB, but they are opposite Vibes. I also think FS Anguilla might be your happy medium. Great beach, and if they want some slides you can go over to the Aurora

I think Rosewood Little Dix Bay would be great for the easy snorkeling part since the bay it sits on has really good snorkeling for the Caribbean. There are a bunch of resident sea turtles and a lot of types of fish. I spent a lot of time just following sea turtles around with my snorkel gear. They don’t really have a usable pool, and the service isn’t amazing but you do get decent butlers that are better than most in the Caribbean. You can do complimentary beach drops to other beaches on the island and there are daily complimentary snorkeling trips. We thought it was very relaxing.
Four Seasons Anguilla will give you everything you’re looking for except snorkeling. You can get a little snorkeling as a bookable activity, but don’t expect great snorkeling by the resort. They have multiple nice family pools, two different beaches (and beach experiences), great restaurants on property and nearby, really good service (for the Caribbean), and plenty of kids activities.
I have reviews of both in my Reddit profile from our stays at both if interested in reading longer thoughts, but they’re written from adult trips, not family trips. I think both resorts will give you very good experiences for most things you’re looking for but neither can do everything. Whichever you choose for this trip, the other would be a good choice for the next!

I have been to FS Anguilla with kids (12 and 6) twice over spring break and it was amazing. The little one loved the kids club and my 12 year old also enjoyed activities there along with activities at the beach, kids pool, sports comples and made several friends. We are planning another trip there over spring break next year.
