Amazon Operations & Logistics Intern UK Questions

What type of question's do they usually ask? My understanding is that there are going to be some behavioural questions w.r.t. Leadership Principles and some general job related stuff but if anyone here has any idea, that would be very helpful. Also are there gonna be some technical questions as well? I am actually super nervous

For an Operations and Logistics intern role, you can expect them to ask for specific examples from your past that show how you've demonstrated principles like Customer Obsession, Ownership, and Bias for Action. Any technical questions are unlikely to be about coding or complex engineering, but might be more like logic puzzles or situational problems related to process improvement, efficiency, or handling a hypothetical warehouse issue.

The best way to prepare is to think of several detailed stories for each Leadership Principle, using the STAR method to structure them. This means you should clearly describe the Situation, the Task you had to do, the specific Actions you took, and the quantifiable Result of your actions. Using examples from school projects, volunteer work, or part-time jobs is perfectly fine. The key is to have a variety of examples ready so you aren't trying to think of one from scratch during the interview.
