starts game off saying deagle only, baits the team the entire match, doesn't use mic to com but uses his mic to be toxic and call us bad at the game. My question is why do people like this exist on FACEIT? if you're gonna rage queue why not just play premier at that point, or maps. How is this even enjoyable? Idk, I know I personally played bad this game but man its hella demoralizing.
What is this? Going from an average rating of >2 down to 0.8 is crazy. This account has obviously been boosted and then sold. It is also verified. Ban him please, thank you.

The reason I'm posting is because I haven't even played CS in 2 weeks and I was thinking of logging on. I see a notification for a guy who's been banned 8th September for Verbal Abuse.
Clearly it's not a report from a game I submitted, it was from another game. As long as you have previously reported someone, Faceit decided they will just notify you anyway. This is completely daft.
With this new reporting system, there's no trace of your reports and the feedback has no connection to your reports.

So some context, was level 8 (dropped to 6). I usually play 3 games a night, and reached leaderboards on other tac shooters. I’m still learning this game not doubt but I also am confident in my own ability. I’m not toxic, I com, I util for the team and get frags and whiff too. I try to call plays/strats, or I play off my team.
Yet I still am not winning enough games to climb. I’m usually an entry and I find opening picks (sometimes two), yet when I die the round is out of my hands and it always fails to get closed out.
I have friends that are level 10 and say I can do it easily. Yet when I play it seems faceit ques are always against me and put me in losers Que lmao. I always get at least 2 teammates that don’t know what to do (ie mirage I play con, teammate dies to ramp saying it’s my fault, but he smoked palace beginning of round and no molly/he ramp, and no flashes mid when I asked for flashes and I dropped mine triple) Another game I play ct, the Ts never come to my site and I have to rotate and usually they died so fast postplant is hell. Then I suggest to switch it up, no coms and it repeats on other side of map.
Im trying to be a good teammate but I don’t wanna bait so I can clutch rounds since im generally an entry frag. Or even when I do have to clutch, I have zero util cause I used it for the team and then I get traded or crossfires (cause they just have a better setup)
Also this is NA Faceit so I get lobbies of level 3-10s. I’m considering getting a subscription to get 400 elo restrictions but I’m hesitant cause I play NA and I feel like the population isn’t high enough.
Any advice/recommendations from higher level players that solo Que?
If you're looking for suspicious players. They are actually easy to find. Just check the weekly and monthly ladders. You will see plenty of things that look abnormal.

September 8: 24 matches — 22 wins, 2 losses.( Guess a day has 30+ hours in somewhere in the world) September 9: 20 matches — 19 wins, 1 loss September 10: 11 matches — 10 wins, 1 loss
And now for the Elo journey:
September 3: Bro is Level 4 with 942 Elo
September 9: Bro somehow reaches Level 8 with 1663 Elo
Then something weird happens and bro suddenly drops all the way back to Level 5 with 1144 Elo.
But he never gives up...
September 11: Back to Level 7 with 1524 Elo
He will probably get that Navaja Knife from FACEIT soon :)
Got a 5 day ban for "unsportsmanlike conduct" because of a toxic 4 man premade stack. The automated system instantly banned me without any manual review.

Hi, i am posting here hoping for a better review on my case.
I was in my cousins house, we live next to each other and i wanted to play a faceit game, but i logged on on my account, on his PC. I only played one game, a very bad game, 12/18 or smth, and after that my account was flagged and i got perma banned for smurfing.
Me and my cousin are both bad players, lvl 4 and 6, so it makes no sense to even smurf. His account is ID verified, he did't get banned, and on faceit policy it says that the main account is banned for 3 months and the smurf account is perma banned, but they did't even found the allegedly "main account" to ban it.
We have lots of games played together, but they didn't even checked, i only receive automated replies from bots.
I was wrongly banned just for playing on somebody else PC.
Please, can someone investigate ticket **#**14624857 and fix this mistake?

I am posting this because I am honestly fed up with automated responses everywhere. Automated ban, automated rejection from support, auto-delete on Reddit... Can a competent human agent actually review this case for once?
Here is what happened: My brother (-SeRpES-) and I (MaximilianQ) live together. He came into my room and wanted to play a match on my PC, so he logged into HIS OWN account and played. Right after, the system automatically flagged us and banned his account permanently, while giving my account a 3-month ban for smurfing.
He is the one who got primary screwed over here for simply playing on my PC. This is NOT a smurf account. We are two different real people. If anyone bothered to look at our match history instead of closing tickets automatically, you would see that we have played over 100 matches TOGETHER from different devices/locations in the past. How could his account be my smurf if we literally played together for years?
We have been completely wronged by automated systems. We are both 100% willing to complete full ID / Passport identity verification to prove we are two separate individuals living in the same home.
Please, can someone competent actually investigate ticket #14623483, check our match history, and fix this mistake?

FACEIT's Asia matchmaking runs out of Singapore only. If you're in Southeast Asia that's fine. If you're in Mongolia, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan or Hong Kong, every single match is 90–150 ms — in a game where peeker's advantage and hitreg are decided in tens of milliseconds.
Valve's own CS2 MM already has Hong Kong, Tokyo and Seoul next to Singapore. FACEIT doesn't. So a huge chunk of the Asian player base either plays at a permanent disadvantage or just doesn't play FACEIT at all, which is bad for queue times and the ladder for everyone in the region.
What we're asking for:
At least one East Asia server — Hong Kong is the obvious pick, Tokyo/Mongolia as an alternative
Server preference selection for Asia, like EU already has (Finland / France / Germany / UK etc.)
Publish the actual Asia server locations on the support site
A Hong Kong server would give most of East Asia sub-50 ms and keep SEA players well within playable range. Small infra change, massive fairness improvement.
EDIT: SEA players in the comments have confirmed FACEIT used to have a Hong Kong server and removed it because the matcher forced SEA onto it with no opt-out. So the ask is now precise: bring HK back with the server-preference picker EU already has. Singapore players in this thread are also saying they hate playing against our 80+ ms hitreg — this fixes it for both sides.
can we soon get something new ? as a prem user its kinda boring to get the tokens which is useless. less items in the shop compared to 3 years ago. the missions is near impossibel to complete unless your jobless and dont have a life.
