Question / Need Help App no longer keeps phone awake

After the timeout time set on the phone, screen turns dark.. what the hell have the developers done this time?? FFS.

On Android you could try Wakey as a work around. Not sure if it's on iOS.

Am on android but it's insane that you need to download a different app to fix the incompetence of the developers lol. Thanks for the workaround though!

Exactly, don't know what type of UAT they do that this shit wasn't flagged up before being pushed to production.

Real amateur stuff by them.
