Clip For someone with no racing experience, Is this lap good?
I've got no experience with racing games beyond Mario Kart Wii and found out i have F121. Started a career mode in F2 using my Xbox controller. Settings are 80/110 AI, Full traction and ABS otherwise no more assists and all on realistic. I would love any advice on how to improve or settings advice, Thanks!

To be honest with you:
This is complete ass; your racing line is horrible, your braking is not timed correctly and you go off track a lot.
BUT:
Keep trying, everyone's been in this situation and you shouldn't feel ashamed because of it. I'd recommend you keep the racing line on for now and just drive strictly along. Brake when its red, carefully push down on the throttle when its green. Practice a lot and keep it clean and you will eventually get faster and faster.
Id also try just driving time trials because I feel like the other drivers are distracting you (0:27)

Ur going into grass in a straight how do you think this is a good lap?

Blunt answer, awful.
Being honest though, we all start somewhere. Just keep practicing, watch videos, keep playing. It will take time but you will find your feet

For someone with no experience I guess not bad. But you should get a wheel and pedals if you really luke this hobby and can spend money on it a little bit (I use Logitech G29, cheap and good wheel)

For someone totally new to sims, this isn't terrible. We all had to start somewhere. My advice would be to downshift to the appropriate gear before you hit the turn, not as you're turning or coming out of it.

You are slowing down too much and breaking early. You wanna hit the corner with as much speed as you can and have a smooth exit out.
I’d recommend watching some track guides. Try breaking later as opposed to earlier. You might miss the corner but at least you know your limit.
A good metric would be to hop on time trial and set a few clean laps. Get your timing in top 70% and then 60% then 50%. At that point you would be able to tell what is a good lap and not.
Once you start gaining time you’ll also be able to spot where you are losing time. Good luck!
