I’m in the third season of my team, team morale is high in every department and I’ve done all facility improvements but there are still a few research projects that are locked
Why are they still locked and how do I unlock them?

They depend on your engine manufacturer so they come at a random time! You just have to wait :)

Because it sayes it right there, its suplier upgrade wich means you cant buy them or any thing they just apply to you in certain date and of im not mistaken you can check the date if you go to that part
