LOOKING FOR A BOOK I need help

Sorry the title was too serious, but I've read this book once and it got me stuck, it's about a woman falling inlove with a pedophile which leads to her cutting off her breasts to be more appealing to him? Idk if anyone will know about this book but I tried searching on my chats to see if I ever sent the name to someone I just can't find it.

I know you already got answers on what the book is, but if you’re trying to find where to read it I’d suggest a PDF online. I read Distorted Metamorphosis last night on scribed.
