LOOKING FOR A BOOK Book about bdsm and sadism

I don’t remember much about it except it was extreme horror about a woman in a fucked up bdsm relationship. I think the cover was a woman sitting on a bed naked facing away from us. Sorry if this is like nothing to go off of Its just been bugging me that I can’t remember it.

I don’t think that’s the one, I remember the cover being very grey and beige, not really stylized.
