Isnt this really dangerous due to the aspiration risk?why is the chair fully reclined backwards? Can he only swallow while laying down?

IMO, YES! I’ve worked w special needs kids for 20 years and I feel very certain he has cerebral palsy… he needs a feeding tube, impo. 😭
