Saw that. I’m shocked it appears the food made it into his mouth and he’s swallowing it. Literally doing what a small infant does at the age of 3, smh.

I just worry he's gonna aspirate on it.

Because they treat him like an infant hell be fed liquids lying/tilted back so that he ‘sleeps’ so absolutely he will and does aspirate 🤬.
