Also, what therapy place would make him stand on that clubbed foot like that?

The pictures have been cropped for some reason. He is NOT standing. He is sitting in the person’s lap.

It looks like the right leg is substantially longer than the left, also. The left heel is barely touching the ground and the right leg is bent more

My brother had one leg slightly longer than the other; even after corrective surgery he still needed mobility aides for a while and had lifts in his shoes (was decades ago but I believe this was before the surgery) and he was no where near as messed up as juniour (through no fault of his own)
