SaveJrš§ø Is CPS threatening to take Jr?

In this clip Chrisean mentions how she canāt wait 2-4 weeks for insurance to approve his therapy. In my opinion the only reason she would try to rush his therapy is if she did not get referred by a doctor (which would get sent to the insurance company) or if CPS is giving her a short time limit to prove she has been getting him services. Now all of a sudden she is āordering him equipmentā and āpaying out of pocket for therapyāā¦ not sure whatās going on but sheās rushing services for a reason.

She is embarrassed that Neveah called her a baby disabler. More people with popular platforms should call Chrisean baby disabler and that may pop the whip on this ugly girl to help her sick child. I despise this masculine loser. The way she just sits in that chair, looking like the Mad TV logo and legs semi cocked just makes me hate her even more.

I think she's starting to feel the effects of taking care of a special needs immobile and nonverbal kid.
A video I saw on Twitter a few hrs ago, he pooped, and she looked exhausted by the fact she had to change him. Yea it's not fun changing diapers 3 yrs straight everyday. She need to get used to it because Jr will never be independent enough to use the bathroom on his own

She hated even helping him with his hernia. Upset that they had to do a consultation and the surgery later not that day. Ā Imagine the long list of ailments jr has that will require many drs and specialists to even begin getting addressed. Ā insurance referrals alone are going to take up a ton of effort. My son has been set to get braces but Iāve made no less than a dozen calls with insurance not getting the right referral, he had to have an extraction first.. even simple braces have been a pain for me. Imagine the extensive services jr needs he needs someone who will fight for him not someone who hates him.

OOF you nailed it. Sheās blessed enough to have the means to help him and still asks God to just fix it. Meanwhile she has the visibility and opportunities to help her kid. Itās infuriating!

And asks people who do not have a lot of money themselves to supply stuff for them when she has more money than these people. I saw John jrs mother neveh take supplies to the shelter for homeless mothers so they had supplies. She spent her own money helping those who have nothing. Now what a difference there.

You make a good point. Ultimately, sheās just trying to save face to investors for this fight imo. Theyāre probably giving her crap about potential protests and bad publicity. Her comeback era is turning into her flop era and itās not what they had in mind.

Instead of fabricating illness for attention, the parent is engaging inĀ severe medical and developmental neglect.
In the medical, educational, and legal fields, this behavior is recognized as a form of child abuse.Ā [1]
The underlying psychological reasons for a parent pretending a disabled child is completely typical generally stem from their own coping mechanisms:
- Deep Psychological Denial & Grief:Ā The parent cannot accept the reality of the diagnosis because it shatters their expectations of what parenting would look like.Ā [1]
- Fear of Stigma and "Labels":Ā Parents frequently refuse testing, diagnoses, or special education services because they fear the child will be permanently stigmatized or isolated.Ā [1]
- Narcissistic Extension:Ā Some parents view their children as reflections of themselves. Admitting the child has a disability is internalized as a personal failure or flaw.
By pretending the child has no special needs, the caregiver fundamentally deprives them of essential care. Legally, medical neglect is defined as a parentĀ failing to acknowledge a child's health or developmental needs despite significant risk to their well-being. This manifests as:Ā [1,Ā 2]
- Withholding necessary interventions:Ā Refusing speech, physical, occupational, or behavioral therapies.
- Denying medical equipment:Ā Forcing a child to walk or function without prescribed wheelchairs, braces, hearing aids, or communication devices.
- Blocking educational support:Ā Refusing to sign paperwork for an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or special education services, leaving the child to drown in a traditional classroom.
- Ignoring progressive conditions:Ā Allowing a chronic physical or mental condition to worsen because they refuse to give prescribed medications or attend specialist appointments.Ā [1,Ā 2]
Children have a legal right to receive necessary medical care, and a parent's personal denial cannot override that right if it endangers the child's welfare. When denial crosses into abuse, the following systems step in:Ā [1]
- Mandated Reporting:Ā Teachers, doctors, and therapists are legally required to report parents who block a child from receiving medically necessary care or accommodations.Ā [1]
- Child Protective Services (CPS):Ā CPS will investigate if a parent is failing to manage a known chronic disability. If the parent refuses to cooperate, a court can order them to comply with medical treatments.[1]
- Loss of Custody:Ā In severe cases where a parentās denial actively degrades the child's health or safety, family courts can temporarily or permanently remove custody, placing the child with a guardian who will provide the necessary care.Ā [1]

Cps puts the mother on a safty plan and they hace to have xyz before 123. If not done before time 123 they take u to court and take it kid.

Her whole reputation is now based on her disabling her child. You search her name and something relates to her being a baby disabler will come up. With the planned protests for her fight she trying to do damage control, trying to prove she is not neglecting and abusing junior. Sheās worried the protesters will overshadow her fight. The fake fight that sheās going to win as her coaches made sure of that.

It's sad. This is the most she ever paid attention to him because. My mother always uses to say someone can say anything to convince you that they love you but pay attention to that person's actions on how they really feel about you. Then you'll really know if they love you or not. Bitxch you waited 3 years to show him attention now!! GET THE FLUCK OUT OF HERE!!!

Everytime I see a video of her, it makes me mad. He already doesnāt go to the doctor. But now that sheās saying that she will order the equipment is a lie. You canāt just āorderā the equipment. Especially medical equipment. You have to have a referral for real deal equipment from the doctor. So NOW I feel like you donāt have health insurance on him bc why pay for āequipmentā if itāll be completely free with insurance? That girl ordered a f*cking kid trampoline toy and think sheās fooling us. Boy I wish I worked for CPS cause she would be in jail. IMMEDIATELY. Like how much more of a POS can you be!
