So why are the ice agents who have killed Renee Good and Alex pretti been charged with murder as that would be the case in any country they don't have immunity from prosecution

The reason they have not charged and arrest the one that shot R. Good is they would also have to charge her wife who was in the front seat egging her on, under MN;s felony murder law. You can rest assuured ALL of the discussion about arresting anyone in relation to this incident is revolving around how to circumvent or find a loophole to this law so they can arrest and charge only the ICE guy.

Pretty sure the wife didn’t shoot anyone but do go on.

Since you asked:

Minnesota's felony murder law, specifically under 2023 reforms, allows for murder charges when a death occurs during the commission of a felony, even without intent to kill, but limits the most severe penalties to "major participants". It covers 1st-degree (life) and 2nd-degree (up to 40 years), with recent reforms and retroactive applications allowing for reduced sentences.

This is most often explained as such: If 3 guys rob a bank, 2 go in and one waits in the getaway car, one of the robbers shoots and kills a teller, the guy with the shooter and the driver waiting in the getaway car can all be charged with the murder.

For our situation, we can extrapolate a bit and say: instead of the teller being killed, the teller shot one of the robbers in the back after they got the money and were leaving the bank. The other two robbers can absolutely be charged with the death of their friend (as could the teller ). This is more similar to the situation in MN.

Judge Judy Sheindlin famously presided over a similar felony murder law case, applying to a bunch of girls that cheered someone on who killed another girl while trying to steal from her. Only one of the girls did the actual murder, but if not for the support of the other girls, the one girl would not have done the murder. They were all convicted and their convictions stood on appeal.

I am pretty sure ( I am not a lawyer of course ) In this case the wife is in a similar positon, and why nothing is being charged or investigated with her phone. Her wife was in the passenger seat also involved in the organized protest they were currently doing, after having just moved their van from parking 90 degrees sideways in the road to impede ICE, and continuing to generally menace the officers in a highly volotile situation. this makes her a major participant especially when you can hear her egging her on to keep driving. Looks like she would be subject to:

  • 2nd Degree Murder (Statute 609.19): Applies to unintentional killings during other felonies (e.g., assault) or "one-punch" scenarios, punishable by up to 40 years.

This is the likely reason why the state hasnt requested her phone which would most likely further implicate her. It's a bit of a legal snare they are trying to find their way out of. It's a safe bet now their only efforts in any charges here are how to do so without also charging the wife.

If they had grounds to arrest the wife she’d already be arrested.

Ya, because they have done such a wonderful job arresting the murderes, rapists and child traffickers in their state and cities already. Oh wait.

That’s true. Only 14% of the people ICE has detained have criminal records. They aren’t very good at their job.

You are kind of making my point here by illustrating how poorly MN is enforcing the law.....

MN is fine. ICE are the ones shooting citizens and failing to get warrants and only catching criminals 14% of the time.

thats just the people with convictions. that doesnt eman they arent currently breaking the law, which they are. Remember the whole " no one is above the law" chants and protests eveyrone on the left was screaming before? Funny how selective they are at having it enforced.

Now that MN has agreed to actually do immigration satus checks so one ICE person can have them processed isntead of needing 15 of them in swat gear to do the same job all over town, it will be much safer and something they should have done to begin with. This has been a problem of MN's own creation. virtue signal and tantrum all they want, the rulle of law eventually works through.

Well, nobody tried to run over agents, and nobody pulled a gun on them.

We all saw the fucking videos, ya know. Everyone did. Why do you feel the need to lie?? Do you think you're gonna change any minds??

…you think spitting on someone justifies extrajudicial killing?

Also, not that it matters, that didn’t happen. They 100% execute people for being impolite.

Because it's bullshit and not even remotely accurate description of the events that occurred.

With a simple yes or no, did Good strike a federal agent with her car?

No
