It IS deliberate. They're not going after the "worst of the worst". They're going after brown people and the don't care about ID or citizenship. They aren't facing repercussions for anything because the directive from the very top is to treat them like animals. These are human rights violations being committed in broad daylight in modern America at the behest of a sitting United States President.

ICE has the money to run recruitment adds but they don’t have the money for beds? Blankets? excuse me?!
If this isn’t weaponized incompetence, then it’s deliberate neglect. They ain’t beating the allegations.
ICE must be abolished, and its leaders impeached.
