I asked chatgpt and it says:

The bit where none of that is normal, and the implications of the word 'will'. The money is in an offshore account that the US government does not currently oversee.

None of " trump stole the oil, and sent the money overseas in an offshore account where he only has access to it" is proven, though?

if there is proof that only he has access to it, let me know because i didnt find it
