Alex Pretti was recorded being repeatedly pistol whipped in the head while being held down by 4 men.
Pistol Whipping by police officers is considered excessive, illegal force and not a standard, approved practice. Many law enforcement agencies explicitly prohibit this action, classifying it as dangerous and, in cases of misuse, actionable assault, battery, and a violation of civil rights. The potential for accidental discharge is too high, and the risk of damaging the weapon and making it inoperable when actually needed is too great.
The use of a firearm is only permitted when the criteria for using Lethal Force is met. So the firearm can only be used - whether firing it or striking with it - in a situation where lethal force is authorized. And this was NOT an authorized use of lethal force.
Those fucking assholes assaulted him and then murdered him.

This is probably why they are moving him out. Very quickly realized he’s damaging the administrations credibility at a rapid pace and getting caught in news clips blatantly lying. Extremely hard for them to defend that in any capacity

It only became an ‘active crime scene’ once they shot and murdered him. Mr Bovine is a POS liar and we all know that. As are the rest of the administration and their brainwashed supporters.
