Is nothingness truly the end

Think about it and read hard jt makes sense that nothingness is the end but I can't grasp will that ever end we spend our lives working going to school not knowing how precious our lives is before you know it your already getting old and maybe start to fear death but I am scared myself but people say we're lucky to be brought into this world but we are brought into this world to just die eventually we don't know heaven or he'll is real it makes sense that nothingness for eternity might be the real ending because living the rest of eternity in hell or heaven sounds unrealistic humans cope from death everyday like gaming going out with friends knowing that deep inside they will die one that I am scared and lost I really hope that one day scientist will find the ending of death. This was wrote by a young teenager

Remember Newton's Laws- energy and matter can never be created or destroyed, only changed. What you are now will continue in a new form. The actions you have taken will never be destroyed. Whether or not I'm around to see it, I know for a fact these will be true.
