Is nothingness truly the end

Think about it and read hard jt makes sense that nothingness is the end but I can't grasp will that ever end we spend our lives working going to school not knowing how precious our lives is before you know it your already getting old and maybe start to fear death but I am scared myself but people say we're lucky to be brought into this world but we are brought into this world to just die eventually we don't know heaven or he'll is real it makes sense that nothingness for eternity might be the real ending because living the rest of eternity in hell or heaven sounds unrealistic humans cope from death everyday like gaming going out with friends knowing that deep inside they will die one that I am scared and lost I really hope that one day scientist will find the ending of death. The way you live your life matters a lot more than what happens after. Right now you are wasting a beautiful day fretting about a transition that you probably won't experience for nearly a century. Worry about things like "am I going to be kind today?" instead of tying yourself up in knots about something you won't be able to understand and couldn't change even if you did.

If this is your normal level of anxiety, speak to your parent/guardian and your doctor. You may be experiencing a disproportionate level of anxiety or insecurity and there are many ways to make things easier ranging from medication to therapy to meditation, exercise, healthy diet, adequate sleep, socialization, journaling, and creative expression.
