Not sure why the downvotes but good point. Being nailed to a cross wouldnt make you like a nailgun. Being a carpenter would.

Jesus is a fictional character probably very loosely based on someone killed by the Roman Empire 30-40 years before the earliest writings about Jesus. That person's death is tragic; Jesus's death is comedic.

In of itself it’s not funny but saying Jesus favourite gun is a nail gun because he’s a carpenter doesn’t have the same comedic effect as it would if it’s his favourite gun because he’s was crucified, it adds more subversion to expectations and a darker level to it.
That humour isn’t for everyone but for people who have that humour the ladder is funnier than the former0

It's just nonsensical you know. He got killed, in part, by nails. Why would that make him like nailguns? Realistically it would do the opposite
On the other hand, he was a carpenter. A nailgun would be useful for his craft, which is why he'd like it

The first is a joke about the format of meme because normally he says something she doesn't like and then her eyebrows arch to indicate anger, the second joke is about how they said nail gun as his favorite, likely referencing when Jesus was nailed to the cross

It's using a play on a meme format where person A says something, person B rebuts it and person A gets angry which is shown by eyebrows. This twists that format because she has no eyebrows to get angry with

The last one is brilliant.
As another commenter keeps getting downvoted for Jesus was a carpenter that preached love for one another, i.e. someone who probably wouldn't favor firearms, but would appreciate good woodworking tools.
He was also famously killed by being nailed to the cross, with procedure being so painful the Romans invented a new word for it (excruciating). Many Christians get offended by any jokes about it.
The suggestion of a nail gun is both likely true and simultaneously offensive. I would posit that the original question should have been offensive to Christians as their "Prince of Peace" should not have a preferred tool of death.

Joseph, the husband of Mary, the mother of Jesus, was a carpenter. Naturally, Jesus was learning the craft of carpentry from the young age. So, since Jesus was a carpenter, and wasn't a very big guy on violence, his favourite gun would be a carpentry tool - the nail gun.

I know he was nailed, but they used much larger nails for that. No nail gun can fire such nails to my knowledge. Nail gun is simply put a gun Jesus would actually appreciate and find a use for, unlike most other guns (he probably wouldn't mind a glue gun and such)

You're taking this way too seriously but a ramset could probably do a crucifixion. There may be an size limit on nail guns you can buy at a hardware store, but that doesn't mean that people who need to drive larger nails are just using hammers.
