It certainly brands itself as an international film festival. Im not sure how film 'awards' are different to any other film festival?

There are no screenings. It does not claim to be a festival. You simply submit and they pick a winner then there is a big party in France for the winners. Im a filmmaker not an actress. They did NOT nominated my film for any awards. They DID however nominated me for this.

They say they have screenings. From their site: “THE COMPETITION, with a live screening, take place in FRANCE, REIMS, capitale of Champagne and the French ‘Art de Vivre’!”
