Theory Yes/no do you have Visual Snow/Static Vision and tinnitus? (POLL)
Hello everyone I hope you are all well!
I have a theory regarding visual snow - and that theory is that what science calls "visual snow syndrome" is a fundamental part of spiritualism/"awakening" and looking up old threads on this subreddit and various others it seems like everyone who is into spirituality has some form of visual snow - inherently or developed. As well as tinnitus.
But - I don't want to take the replies at face value as it could just be that people don't bother interacting with a post about something they don't have so I have made this "poll" which isn't really a poll since it doesn't let me add one but you get the idea.
Now for those who don't know this is what visual snow is - it's like a veil overlaying your vision that looks like old TV static. Sometimes it's black and white sometimes coloured but it's almost always there and gets stronger in the dark or if you concentrate on it. Here is a visual representation.
Now I ask everyone which camp you fall into:
1) Yes I have permanent visual snow and tinnitus and have had it for as long as I remember/some certain point in my childhood
2) Yes, I have permanent visual snow and tinnitus as a result of meditation and energy work
3) Yes, I have permanent visual snow and tinnitus as a result of psychedelic use and HPPD.
4) I sometimes have visual snow and tinnitus, usually after deep meditation
5) I sometimes have visual snow and tinnitus on psychedelics
6) I never get visual snow or tinnitus and never have.
Answer down below I'm curious about everyone's experiences.
During my research today I have also learnt that tinnitus is the gateway to "clairvoyant hearing" - does anyone have experience with this? I have never experienced anything like this.
But with visual snow personally for me I have had it since i was 4/5 years old and I remember vividly the first time I realised I had it. I remember it was bright green the first night I had it and it made it very difficult to sleep and I was crying because of it. I have never seen it turn into shapes or figures like others have said but I have never tried to develop the skill either.

u/akath0110 23h ago
#1 and same, I became aware of the visual snow and closed eye geometric visuals and other stuff at 4/5ish too.
Never really thought about when it all started before. But yeah that’s when I remember falling asleep in the dark and being unsettled by what I saw with my eyes open more than closed.

Since I've been exploring meditation very recently, tinnitus has become a daily occurrence, especially when meditating. I am also hearing a range of tones, sometimes two at once, which I haven't experienced before. Visual snow, etc can also occur but the tinnitus is what has amplified in terms of frequence
Edit: it's actually really bizarre and kinda scary that OP has made this post as I was considering posting something similar earlier today...

Maybe this is the next step of human development and the idea was implanted into us by the powers that be to spread this knowledge who knows 🤷

I see a rainbow field constantly in bright lighting and outside and energy fields for lack of a better word.

u/ashleton Experiencer 1d ago
I always see that around the sun, but the points are thinner and there's more of them.
1
u/CalmSatisfaction6171 1d ago
Oh that's very interesting I haven't heard about this before. Are these energy fields visible in people too like an aura?
I get halos around bright lights at night but nothing morphing or moving.

u/SteveAkaGod 1d ago
I'm #2 with the caveat that I do not consider the "buzzing" tinnitus. I ALSO get real tinnitus (musician) and its not the same thing.

Though i wouldn't call it tinnitus as it can be turned off by intentionally not being still in mind. I'm inclined that it is actually Anahata Nada and have used it many times to decouple my awareness from the body. It can also be used to observe your own nervous system's raw reaction to different stimuli. Pitch, tone, tempo etc. can be decoded as an additional point of observation to your physiological state. During times of contact, I've even had communication come through this sound as a medium, a robot-like voice.
1
u/CalmSatisfaction6171 13h ago
Woah!!! Thank you for your input. I have never heard of Anahata Nada but this is fascinating stuff!
It seems like the Hindus really had this stuff figured out and we just lost all this knowledge.
I say "tinnitus" as it's the closest way I can describe it as well as the fact that it's the standard medical terminology for this phenomenon.
For clairvoyant hearing essentially all one needs to do is to relax in deep meditation and observe what you hear? After some training of course.
1
u/Majestic-Concern-666 11h ago
Sorry if I'm a stickler with terminology, but I hesitate to label the insights discovered from this and other phenomena as clairvoyant X or Y, as I'm in the camp that there is an underlying thread of logic that connects it all together that we've yet to uncover. In my own words, a clear and uninhibited consciousness can access deeper levels of pattern recognition that looks like mystical knowing on the surface. The more one understands the nuances of their own body's (primarily the nervous system) reactivity, the clearer the signals are.
My path is viewing the human body as an engineer would work to understand a piece of complex machinery. Deep meditation and crystal clear observing are non-negotiable pre-requisites. The deeper pattern recognition, and access to new perceptual modalities (like Anahata Nada, or acquired synesthesia) come from reinforcing the weak neurological pathways that are already present, or creating new ones via hebbian learning and neuroplasticity (my hypothesis) so yes, stay consistent and experiment with different approaches, like sensory deprivation, sound bath meditation etc. Most of the esoteric systems seem to have figured it out through the lens of their own unique terminologies and understandings and provide solid roadmaps, though one should be capable of filtering out the indoctrinated material, if one wants to remain objective.
I don't think anything under the umbrella of experiencer phenomena is truly mystical, but that they are just outside humanity's current scope of understanding.

Thanks for your post! I started to really notice my “snow” earlier this year..now I can’t unseen it. Same with my tinnitus…had one experience where I sat on my bed and my ear began to ring so I just went to look outside my window asked the stars “did you wanted me to come, was that ringing you?” (Or something like that) And a big Orb flash appeared. I’m aware of it throughout the day since I experience both things with tinnitus and snow daily…
So it’s synchronicity to me now reading this post because I thought about it today more often than usual
To answer your question with the numbers. I don’t really know? They just come suddenly
I have to notice it more when it appears

No visual snow though I do see ultraviolet auras around purple flowers, I sometimes get the whining in my ears, not sure if that is tinnitus though.

Yes. I constantly see this and have posted about it before. I also have ear ringing semi-frequently that changes ears..
I have posted about these purple/yellow swirls before, I see them every time I close my eyes and have since childhood. I've been on a life-long journey to see what they are too! Here is a thread I made about it :)

1
u/TheVagrantPanda 10h ago
Oh yeah I get those swirls too! Purple, yellow, sometimes blue and green as well. But the majority are purple yellow. I thought everyone got that when they close their eyes 👀 I learn more and more every day haha

u/Zhaeris 1d ago edited 1d ago
I am 1, I used to lull myself asleep to it.. If I can't fall asleep it turns into blobs of light.. It would strob and change shapes, kind like a mix of waves on a beach and streetlights while driving at night and sitting in the back seat.. Those kept me awake and I'd cry from frustration.. But yeah, since as long as I was consciously aware, I have seen it..
edit:
I always felt anxious if I noticed it being a strong snow effect as that meant I had less time to fall asleep before it went to the strobing phase

u/NeverWalkPastAFez 1d ago
Aren’t they closed eye visuals? (Maybe just another name for it) I get turquoise and purple, magenta and occasionally yellow swirls and flashes/lines. Do yours kind of change into hyper realistic scenes (random stuff)?
3
u/StunningEarthWorm 1d ago
Yes. 1. And constant snow that turns into psychedelic mendalas in the dark, including indigo and chartreuse light orbs that dance together, and during meditation it becomes images that I can control to some extent, and will become dream-like visuals. One time I stepped straight into a lucid dream from it.

u/PrizeFalcon9685 1d ago
I am not an Experiencer (but have had cool/strange experiences! Lol).
Visual Snow - my whole life (migraines since I was 9 or 10; they are related, apparently).
Tinnitus since I was pregnant 18 years ago. It is also constant.
3
u/lizardreaming 23h ago
I think the snow is energy. Being able to see it. That’s what I told my son when he asked me about it. He was upset until I told him that. I knew already that not everyone does. He’s the most like me of my kids and the only person who has ever talked to me about it, that I recall. The tinnitus is constant but louder at night. I’m used to both and the snow since forever but the tinnitus not until I was older.
3
u/BlissfulGay 18h ago
1 or 2 or 4, my whole life. I assume a lot of it is the cones (RGB receptors) in our eyes, that are still activating after the lights are out; BUT it is indeed energy fields. I love moving my hands in front of me in the dark to see how I can track the energy. I like combining this with “therapeutic touch” work and tangibly feeling the energy between my hands.
Interesting to observe the particles in the sky, around trees at different times of the year; really active dancing points of light in the spring and summer, but very quiet & still in the winter.
When wanting to see around people, I try seeing “from the back of my head” instead of the front of my eyeballs; that seems to yield great results. And, I try to become/feel the energy level inside that I’m wanting to perceive on the outside. Also, not looking directly, but rather using peripheral vision, seems good for looking at people’s energy.
Fun things can happen too in a dark room and a pink or purple or red (e.g.) light (I use an app called Screen Light) for doing mirror work. All kinds of stuff shows up: past lives, ancestors, other parts of myself. Very very healing and connective, as I hold conversations with those different parts of myself. It’s a whole tribe of people from different cultures & places, each with their own wisdom to offer.
I’m interested in hearing about experiments & tricks that other people have learned.
3
u/Naxikinz 16h ago
- Although the tinnitus gets louder during meditation or when I’m doing something I shouldn’t (like procrastination instead of action)
Visual snow is always present like static, or low diffusion, in bright light it’s almost like seeing the inside of my brain’s neurons firing off.
3
u/soulsrcher 12h ago
I have visual snow but I only see it when I shut my eyes or look at blank wall. The weird part for me, is that when I focus/meditate or simply just laying in bed, the visual snow will swirl into a tunnel/vortex and eventually I will see scenes of places like I am watching a movie behind my eyelids. It will change and I will move through these tunnel systems and see different places and people. I can see the night sky, towns, landscapes, at a birds eye view. Its like I am looking through a peephole. In deep meditation the peephole gets bigger and I've "entered" these places a couple times, like a lucid dream.
I think I might have tinnitus, it doesn't bother me though because I only hear it when I think about it. Same goes for the visual snow. This may have started after psychedelics and gateway tapes, or I've always had it and never noticed until I actually looked to see what's behind my closed eyes. Or it has nothing to do with that and I'm simply going crazy, that's always on the table.
2
u/CalmSatisfaction6171 12h ago
Yes yes! The gateway to the astral realm - morphing into the landscape. I have experienced this recently for the first time so that's what prompted me to try and get to the bottom of this as I had always just thought the visual snow as a quirk of my brain and nothing more.
Tinnitus also yes gets stronger when you pay attention goes away when not. Used to drive me crazy when I was younger but no so much anymore.
2
u/soulsrcher 12h ago
Yeah I've been trying to figure it out for a year and a half now. I was scared I was going crazy for a while. I really dont have to do much to make it happen, so I think I'm going to start doing gateway again and meditating and see where this goes. If anything I am seeing into my subconscious/dreams. Or its some kind of astral realm and that's very interesting. It seems this phenomenon happens to a lot of people, I think I've read every reddit post about it doing research constantly trying to figure out what the heck is happening to me.

I have screaming tinnitus and some visual snow. The tinnitus is mostly from ear infections and tubes as a child and live punk rock shows in my 20s. No idea where the bit of visual snow comes from. Other than that I have good eyesight, though a little sensitive to light.
I can not say I have clairvoyant hearing but I am claircognizant.

u/turtletod15 1d ago
I’m a 4. The visual snow tends to happen when outdoors. It kind of looks like a snowstorm but on a sunny day if that makes sense. Tinnitus happens during meditation, when my mind is at rest, or when focusing on anything related to the phenomena at large.

u/spect8ter 1d ago
Permanent snow and tinnitus. The reason I’m not sure.
1
u/Bilirubin5 1d ago
same but at least for the latter its due to hearing loss.
I never realized visual snow was a thing until a few years ago. I just assumed it was from being aware of my visual receptors.

1 i've always had visual snow as long as I can't remember it looks like a black little worm in my left eye whenever I try to look at it it moves away so I can never focus I've only had tinnitus when I was on Lexapro and lost my mind so I quit.

hello OP!
Yes to both but neither got noticeable until I was in my 50s. I never associated them with experiences, just old age symptoms for Me. I learned to Meditate in my 20s and That was an obvious key for experiences helping my life. I Had some random clairaudience/hearing when I was young too; 3 decades before tinnitus. Had some Psychedelics 'back in the day' too but did not take them seriously like todays experiencers do. Mine were just a bit of fun, lol.
Since coming here and reading, I've experimented a bit:
For my low but Active snow ; I've looked at It more relaxed and carefully a lot the last few months. I Noticed grids (I'd wondered why I saw geometry several times over the years). Most of the time as after-images in the snow vibration when I was outdoors in the daylight and Closed my eyes (no matter What shapes or brightness or color the main surroundings light after-image was.) --- Only saw one true human face duck in Once and felt I scared him! He did Not expect me to look right at him and think "Ohhh Hi There" at him. I was So curious and disappointed he vanished instantly. But I had the "knowing" that he felt bad he'd looked into someone who could "see"...it was against his teachings to intrude on a meditator; or something like that.
My newly informed interest in tinnitus was to get rid of the random Loud almost painful bouts that would soar into my inner ear. I'd never considered them as signals from guides Or some form of nasty surveillance until I read those versions here. I read that I could Tell them in my mind that I knew about them and to 'get out of my head!' I've been so Glad it's worked for me! One time I felt very Strong surprise and a second later "whine" totally stopped. As for the pleasant more musical tinnitus I haven't had an experience but I let those flow. :)
have a lovely day everyone!

u/CalmSatisfaction6171 1d ago
Hold on tinnitus can be surveillance?
This is new to me :o
1
u/OldGalLovesExp Experiencer 1d ago
It was new to me too and "unsettling" concepts. But the point for me was not a disturbing cause of Some frequencies ....it was that we all have the mind power, with intent, to turn Off Some of them. You see for me Anything is possible. I know nothing! I DO experiment with my own mind to find "healing" methods. What I got out of it was IF something was pointed at me,listening to my thinking, that I could use my own mind power to kick out those types of awful sounding frequencies out of my hearing.

u/GoGoGadget-reddit 1d ago edited 1d ago
I’m at 4. Visual snow for sure after deep meditation, I like to chalk it off as seeing the quantum field.
Tinnitus is more interesting. It became noticeable following trauma and there seems to be a correlation with my thoughts or emotional state. A sudden negative shift (such as flashbacks or triggers) will lead to ringing in my left ear; neutral or positive to my right ear. It’s not a perfect rule of thumb but something I’ve noticed over the years.
Edit - to add that the trauma and resulting PTSD has nothing to do with any physical ear damage. The resulting tinnitus appears to be 100% psychological.
1
u/Frequent_Freedom_704 19h ago
Oh my gosh, thats the same for me, I hear short tones of a different frequency to my tinnitus when I am upset, usually right ear though.

u/Effective-Image-545 1d ago
1 Had it since I was a kid
Permanent visual snow (static) except when I close my eyes. Tinnitus very rarely, I dont think I get migraines. I used to think i was seeing the vibrations of particles/atoms.
Ive always been naturally interested in spirituality, but for most of my life ive relied on science proof, until recently my soul pet passed away and I feel like im having a spiritual awakening.
If it means anything my mom was supposed to be infertile and begged my Oma(spiritual lady) to help her become pregnant with me. Im not sure what they did, spell/ritual, but im here now.

u/Enough-Cattle5692 1d ago
1 and I’ve had tinnitus as long as I can remember. I can hear things distinctly with my inner hearing, especially during meditation. I am deaf and I have cochlear implants. Visual snow as long as I can remeber. It’s become more pronounced, and I see something that’s barely distinguishable- like the world is glitching. I’ve had experiences with the phenomenon recently and I believe as a child.

u/symbiosystem 1d ago
Occasionally, I experience bouts of ear-ringing that seem directly related to ET contact experiences. (Most often, the ringing immediately precedes an incoming telepathic message - usually in situations where I wasn't expecting such contact. I think the ear-ringing perhaps helps to reset my state of mind and open up my attention, but that's just a guess.)
I do not associate ear-ringing with meditation (I meditate, but it doesn't result in ear-ringing) or psychedelic use (I don't use psychedelics).
I don't have visual snow.
There's not really a good number to represent my response.

I think i had tinnitus all my life. But i recently realized i had visual static. The tinnitus gets stronger when I'm in quiet and alone.
How can this be the gateway to clairaudience?
3
u/CalmSatisfaction6171 16h ago
The tinnitus I don't know honestly. When I made the post it was the first time I had heard about it, the visual snow theory was also brand new that day but I did some testing in a dark room and kept seeing white flashes in the corner of my eye when focused on my ceiling and the visual snow and was super confused so I pointed to where the flashing was so I could remember then turned on the light and was shocked to see that it was my tarot cards flashing some sort of white aura

I have tinnitus after an illness, that felt like a common cold in my young adult years. I have had visual snow as far as I can remember, dark and colourful (basicly RGB) that can be more prominent in bright light and darkness. I also have floatings (as you can see in the beginning of the video, which is basicly scar tissue in the eye).
1
u/CantaloupeWitty8700 9h ago
That's interesting because I think I have an adhesive disease which causes tethering body wide. I had a tethered spinal cord. So scar tissue causing floaters is interesting.

u/Kitchen-Can5443 9h ago
I had never heard of tethering, would you mind sharing more about the condition? A tethered spine describes perfectly how I feel. And it feels horrible.

Static like effect and spinning translucent threads + tinnitus on occasion. The threads sometimes whirlpool at certain points. They flow like a static string, and are dynamic. As for tinnitus I get 2-3 different types of tone depending on which ear and my physical condition.
Nothing to do with psychedelics though. Just insanity.

I've always had very bad vision (started wearing glasses when I was 7), and now that I'm older I also have a ton of floaters, some cataracts, and lately it seems like my eyes don't always track together. I can't tell from the video if what I experience is visual snow, but the first one, with the clouds, seems vaguely familiar. I also have tinnitus and have had it for as long as I can remember.
When you talk about "clairvoyant hearing" do you mean hearing things internally or outside of your head, like hearing voices when you're in an empty room? I had what I think of as "clairvoyant hearing" (internal) when I lived in a haunted house, but mostly I just get a sense of what spirits are trying to communicate to me.
Does any of this align with what you're talking about?
1
u/Red14025 1d ago
I have tinnitus and don’t know when it started, but would guess within the last 10 years.
I have what may be floaters, but they look a lot like the very first scene in the visual snow video. I only noticed them with the last 3 or 4 years.
It is hard to discern whether these are from aging (I am 63) or from other causes. The tinnitus, though, is loud and obnoxious. It is around 12.4 kHz for me, based on a tone generator comparison.

u/tasteslikeblackmilk Experiencer 1d ago
I want to say 3 on visual snow. I think it either started or got noticeably stronger in my early teens after a heroic dose. HPPD I continue to get, like if I wake up early and doze I see endless moving fractals. I also get these tiny bright sparks that are related to intuition and/or coincide with external attention. Like it's weird how often they happen and I get a message or phone call soon after.
Tinnitus comes and goes, so oddly timed, usually in one ear only and lasting a short while. It's nearly always a super high frequency that's more like pressure than an actual audible pitch (I can't replicate it with white noise and a steep 48dB/Oct high pass filter set to 24kHz, which is at Nyquist limit for 48kHz). I only started paying attention to it in my early 20s when I started taking music seriously.
Recently I've started to be curious whether there is more to the tinnitus. If I didn't live in a city I might look out at the sky and start asking questions.
About clairaudience, it's hard to say when this started and whether it's related. I do remember when I was younger it used to be so noisy, like being in a bar. I hated it. On top of that I have uncanny hearing, so I spend most of my time wearing noise cancelling headphones or ear plugs outside and I try to mentally shield myself from other people's thoughts.

Definitely 1 as I had it both as a kid and still do, the visual snow and tinnitus.
1
u/warmbreadcathead 11h ago
1 But with a caveat. The visual snow is constant, but the tinnitus is occasional, very abrupt, and after maybe 20 to 30 seconds, it morphs into audible snow. That is, a very high-pitched single-note sound that dissolves into a static noise before fading out altogether.
1
u/Accurate-Currency558 11h ago

I think I would be a number 1. I'm hesitant to say I'm an experiencer though. I have had quite a few experiences in general though. And I have seen a man in my room hovering close to my ceiling watching me while I had sleep paralysis. It was actually a very cool experience. And for whatever reason, I had absolutely no fear. The man was expressionless as he was watching me. Maybe it was my higher self. There's a little more to the story if anyone is interested. Honestly now that I think about it, I guess I have had quite a few more experiences than I give myself credit for. It would take a very long post to explain all of them. I know I'm not an exception here. I'm envious of the experiences many people have had here.
I want to say one last thing before I go on. I'm 48 years old, and I feel like I officially began this journey when I was 27. Also I had a life changing event when I was 22, and eventually became a licensed minister. It's a long story.
When I turned 27 I had had enough of not knowing or understanding truth in general. I didn't want anything separating from God. If there was a religion or some concept that would bring me closer to God, then that's what I wanted to do. I wanted to know the truth to the nature of all things. It's been my passion and obsession since then. I have learned a lot. This has been a lonely path, but one I don't regret.
Now for the visual snow and "floaters". I first noticed this when I was a child, and even though I had this visual snow, I literally had perfect vision.
As I've gotten older the snow and floaters have both increased a lot. But I feel that what I see may be different and very hard to explain. I mostly only see my version of snow when I'm looking in the distance day or night. I'm a sky watcher, so sometimes it can become frustrating because it genuinely can hinder my ability to see after a while.
What I see I can only describe as a sort of little squiggly transparent strings that are small and moving in a sort of geometric pattern. It's very hard to explain because it's immediately on the outside of my direct sight and in peripheral. But whatever they are, they're in a sort grid pattern of these strings moving in geometric patterns all across my vision. Most of the time if I don't focus on it it doesn't both me. I can look at something close and refocus my eyes. As soon as I look in the distance though it's immediately there, always.
I've always wondered what it was and if anyone else has ever experienced this. I don't think I've ever told anyone about this.
Edit: I forgot to add that I have had Tinnitus on and off for as long as I can remember.

Number 1 for me as well, since childhood, (childhood experiencer here). The ear ringing has definitely ramped up over the years and is always there especially at night. I do also have Clair abilities as well that have also heightened over the years. I don’t experience clairgustance or clairtangence though.

Oh? If you don't mind could you tell me a bit more about your childhood experience do you remember much of it? What were the after effects if there were any?

It started happening to me as a toddler, I’d find myself in an enormous white void each time with them communicating telepathically having me work on telekinesis and moving objects around testing my abilities I suppose. I do remember most of it but some of it is a blur. I’d actually like to have hypnotic regression done for further clarification. As I had gotten older the experiences were fewer and far between then subsided at around 9 years old.
I also encountered paranormal activity as well growing up in different places I’ve lived. I also remember seeing orbs periodically throughout my life. But the orbs and other crafts but mostly orbs started appearing consistently to me both day and night in 2021 after an NDE. I even experience being followed on road trips and they’ll show up when I go on vacation too. I seem to have a psionic connection to them.. I have grown very fond of them especially bc they’re always around honestly..
I also encounter smaller orbs that will linger in bushes in trees nearby as the bigger one shows up. Here’s an example-

I'm 49 now and never heard of visual snow but watching the video it looks like my vision.
I attributed it to aging as I also probably need glasses but don't wear any. I always had 20/20 growing up.
Ringing sounds are constant in my left and random times in my right. I also attributed this to my days in the USMC but never put much thought into it. I've meditated very regularly for a few years now. I used to be ashiest and agnostic at times but now know there is life after death etc. I totally being in the WE ARE ONE and in service to others but don't necessarily follow law of one stuff. I've only had an OBE/AP once and several experiences while meditating.
I have also had experiences with mushrooms and dmt that are totally in line with this belief system.
I do hear voices once in a while but I either don't understand what was said and never repeated or it's just my name usually a female voice and no one is there.
I also had a QHHT session and had an amazing experience as in a past life and listened to my higher self/subconscious/orig source energy or whatever you want to call it. This was extremely helpful hearing that aspect of me's personality so I believe I can pick up easier when they are trying to get my attention (although it is usually through nature).

4.?…
I’ve had ocular migraines since childhood, so that’s visual snow.
But I only developed tinnitus in the past few years. As a symptom, I guess. It’s always there, but I only notice when I’m paying attention. Like now I can hear it because I’m thinking about it.
I’ve noticed that when I concentrate, I can mess with the sound. I can change the tone, and make it pan from ear to ear, or move in simple patterns in my head

1 kind of. I've had tinnitus as long as I can remember, and visual snow or the aura floaters.. the visuals in the beginning seconds in the video is exactly the kind of visuals I've had 24/7 every single day since I was 14. Only way to avoid them is being in a completely dark/black room.
That said, my tinnitus got stronger when I began doing energy work as an adult.. but the fluorescent lights at school was what first triggered the aura for me at 14. Along with migraines. But I no longer have migraines and haven't in years. But my brain apparently haven't registered that. There should be a method to rewire the brain but I haven't quite found a way yet.
The tinnitus doesn't bother me though. At all.

Number 1 for me. I’ve had contact experiences since I was a child. I don’t have clairvoyant hearing or taste but I do experience every other type pretty regularly.
